Have you seen the new Posca Mop’r acrylic paint pens? They’re so cool! It’s a large format marker that has a round tip. It’s their largest marker to date.
WHERE TO FIND THEM
I ordered mine from Plaza Art as I couldn’t really find them anywhere else. This is my local art supply shop, so I wanted to support them.
I ordered white and black, but they have 6 other colors.
ROUND FLAT TIP
The round flat tip is different than other Posca pens. It creates a consistent width line which I love. With the other pens, I have to retrace the line to get an even thickness.
ON A GEL PLATE
It works great on a gel plate! Use like any other acrylic paint marker…
1. draw on the plate and let dry.
2. add a layer of paint with a brayer, add your paper
3. let paper sit for a few seconds then pull your print.
